About
OneSheet.org is a visual archive dedicated to the art of the movie poster. From the silent era to today's theatrical releases, we catalog and preserve one-sheets, international variants, and promotional artwork from around the world.
Every poster in our collection is paired with full film credits — directors, writers, cinematographers, composers, cast, and production studios — making it easy to explore connections across films and careers.
You can browse the collection by genre, release year, or dominant color, search across films, people, and studios, and explore dedicated pages for individual cast and crew members, production studios, and poster design studios.
Awards
The archive tracks nominations and wins across eight major award shows: the Academy Awards, Golden Globes, BAFTAs, Screen Actors Guild Awards, Directors Guild of America Awards, Producers Guild of America Awards, Writers Guild of America Awards, and Visual Effects Society Awards. Award histories are also included on individual person pages.
Screensaver
We also offer a free macOS screensaver that turns your display into a living poster mosaic, with cinematic directional wipes cycling through the collection.
Why "OneSheet"?
A one-sheet is the standard movie poster format used in theaters — typically 27×40 inches in the US. It's the most iconic and widely collected form of film advertising art, and the name felt right for a project built around celebrating that tradition.
