​ Lillie Hayward (September 12, 1891 – June 29, 1977) was an American screenwriter whose Hollywood career began during the silent era and continued well into the age of television. She wrote for more than 70 films and TV shows including the Disney film The Shaggy Dog and television series The Mickey Mouse Club and Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color. She was also remembered for the films Her Husband's Secretary and Aloma of the South Seas, the latter written in part with the help of her sister, actress and screenwriter Seena Owen. Lillie Hayward died in 1977 and was interred at Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles. Her husband of seventeen years, Jerry Sackheim, was also a Hollywood writer with whom she had worked on The Boy and the Pirates (1960). C-BY-SA, full list of contributors on Wikipedia.
